ROUND UP: Less Than 100 Days Out From Midterms, GOP Cost of Living Crisis is Top of Mind in Battleground States

Trump and rubber-stamp Republicans have cost American families at least $2,000 on groceries, gas, and utility bills

Washington, DC – With fewer than 100 days until the midterm elections, Trump and Republicans’ cost of living crisis is top of mind for voters across the country. A recent report from Climate Power and the Center for American Progress Action Fund found that Trump’s policies, rubber-stamped by Republicans in Congress, have raised costs on American families by at least $2,000, from groceries to gas prices to utility bills. While congressional Republicans raise costs on their constituents, Democrats are running on lowering costs for families across the country.
