Washington, D.C.  — Does it feel like 2021, or was that just the sound of Sen. Ted Cruz on vacation again while his home state suffers from extreme weather? After leading the charge to slash funding for weather forecasting, Sen. Ted Cruz was on a European vacation while severe flooding devastated Central Texas – killing at least 120 people.
