Climate Power Launches Innovative New Ad Campaign to Reach Young Climate Voters in Key Swing States

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, ahead of National Voter Registration Day, Climate Power launched an innovative advertising campaign aimed at reaching young climate voters in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. The over seven figure ad campaign includes placements on more than 40 college campuses spread across those four states. The campaign includes ad buys in college newspapers, sponsorships of campus newsletters, and partnerships with campus influencers. The campaign will extend through Election Day so voters have the information they need around key election deadlines.

Climate action is a top political issue for young people, who will bear the brunt of the climate crisis. Young people know that investing in climate solutions is not only necessary for the future of our planet, but doing so will create good-paying jobs in the already-booming clean energy industry. The recently-passed Inflation Reduction Act is the most significant climate legislation in American history and young people stand to benefit greatly from these investments.
