Climate Power Launches Project 2025 Video Series to Educate Young Voters

Washington, D.C. —  Today, Climate Power kicks off its Project 2025 five-part explainer video series as part of its “Too Hot Not To Vote” campaign. This effort aims to mobilize and educate young voters about the climate stakes in the 2024 election. The series will focus on Donald Trump’s Project 2025 agenda and the ways it will gut climate action, sideline climate science, and put our communities in danger.

“This is extreme and dangerous, and there’s so much at stake.” – Sierra Quitiquit

In the video, Quitiquit warns that Trump’s Project 2025 agenda would roll back historic climate progress achieved during the Biden-Harris Administration and force the U.S. to leave the Paris Agreement for the second time. Nearly 2 in 3 young voters (18-34) believe a Harris presidency is critical to continuing the historic climate and clean energy progress achieved over the last four years.

The videos will post on social media platforms, reaching young voters where they are most likely to get their news. Sierra Quitiquit is a professional skier, climate activist, and co-chair of Climate Power’s “Too Hot Not to Vote” campaign.
