Austin, TX – On Thursday, 2/13, U.S. Representatives Marcy Kaptur (OH-09) and Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) released a summary of federal funds illegally withheld by the Trump Administration that were appropriated by the U.S. Congress to support clean energy consumer rebates and key investments in job-creating clean energy projects.
