Trump’s EPA Moving to Allow More Pollution in Our Air

Washington, D.C. — Trump’s EPA Administrator, Lee Zeldin, recommended challenging the 2009 finding that greenhouse gases are harmful to our health and wellbeing – which could unravel air protections that keep our communities safe. This recommendation is straight out of Trump’s Project 2025 agenda to give corporate polluters free rein.

Climate Power communications director Alex Glass issued the following statement:

“Ask any parent in America: their number one concern is the health and safety of their kids. Donald Trump doesn’t care. In just over a month, Trump and the EPA have offered up the very air we breathe as payment to the big oil billionaires who funded his campaign. Republicans in Congress should be asked who they’re standing up for, our kids or their donors.”
